SOLENOID DOSING EIGNAL & PICOL SERIES

WRS solenoid driven dosing pump is a diaphragm metering pump controlled by a microprocessor, with adjustable stroke frequency. WRS solenoid driven dosing pump uses a diaphragm and solenoid assembly to displace the fluid into the discharge line. The solenoid ‘drive’ consists of an electromagnet and spring assembly, which is activated/deactivated with a series of electrical impulses. As the solenoid is activated, the electromagnet pushes the diaphragm, which displaces the fluid. As the solenoid is deactivated, the spring mechanism returns the diaphragm, allowing more fluid from the suction line to enter the chamber ready for delivery.

EIGNAL SERIES EML MODEL

The EML is a multi-functional chemical dosing pump powered by an advanced microprocessor control board. It features a large LED screen displaying real-time analog flowrate, dosing percentage, and total volume. Built for durability with a water- and heat-resistant PCB and EMC protection, it ensures stable solenoid performance. Key features are 4–20mA analog control, pulse signal multiply/divide, RS485 communication for single or multiple pump control, and direct level sensor input for auto start/stop. Ideal for applications requiring intelligent, accurate, and flexible dosing control.

PICOL SERIES MLS MODEL

The MLS dosing pump is built with anti-corrosion materials for durability and high dosing accuracy. Its double ball check valves ensure precise discharge, while a water- and heat-resistant PCB with EMC protection maintains stable solenoid performance. Manual and automatic control ( pulse & 4-20mA analogue ) flow control are available in both running and idle modes. Includes*: PE tubing, foot valve, weight, injection valve, and safety valve. *for selected material ONLY. A compact, reliable solution for accurate chemical dosing.
